When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number and/or email, job postcode, the type of work and your message.

Why and how long

We use it to reply to you, assess and quote the job and, if you go ahead, carry it out. Retention period to be set by the owner.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is sent by email through our email delivery provider (Resend) to our enquiry mailbox. Our website host processes requests to the site. We do not sell your details and do not use them for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
